Annette Scotti
Annette Scotti has a record of achievement in driving human resource strategy for regional, national, and international organizations. Currently she is a partner at HRtechies, Inc., a national recruiting and consulting firm. She has a strong business foundation through consulting work in sales, operations, engineering, IT, financial services, and advertising.
Dick May, CPA
Dick May, a veteran instructor at Saint Mary’s, spent 16 years with Ernst & Young. He has also served as CFO of both publically and privately held companies in a variety of industries. Dick has received the Outstanding Faculty award from Saint Mary’s University several times. He teaches financial management classes.
Robert M. Mattison
Bob Mattison was the Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Graco Inc., a publicly-held manufacturing company based in Minneapolis, from 1992 to 2005, where he also served as president of the Graco Foundation and the company’s ethics officer. From 1972 to 1991 he held a variety of legal positions at Honeywell Inc., including Associate General Counsel, where he specialized in commercial law and mergers and acquisitions. Bob received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota and his B.A. from St. John’s University. He serves on a number of non-profit boards including the Minnesota Private College Council and the Minnesota Council on Economic Education. He teaches Managerial Ethics and Issues.
Robert C. Barnett, Ph.D., L.P.
Bob Barnett is Executive Vice President and Partner of MDA Leadership Consulting. His consulting career is shaped by more than 25 years of experience with clients that include Bemis, Novartis, Fairview Hospitals, the University of Minnesota, Ecolab, Xcel Energy, and the City of Minneapolis. He provides a range of consulting services in organizational psychology and organizational development. At MDA, he specializes in executive selection, succession planning, team building, leadership development, and organizational change services. He teaches leadership and decision-making classes in the Human Resource Management master’s program.
