    Holly Tapper came to Saint Mary’s University from Globe University/Minnesota School of Business, where she served in a variety of roles including Dean of Graduate Studies and Chair of the Paralegal Program.

    Matt Bluem is the Director of the Master of Arts in International Development Program and the Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management Program at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.

  • Associate Professor

    Dr. Cranmer is an associate professor at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. His Ph.D. is in Industrial Organizational Psychology. He teaches in both the Master of Human Resource Management and the Master of Organizational Leadership.

    Amy Erickson is an assistant professor at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She has taught and developed online coursework since 2007 and was a program dean at Globe University/Minnesota School of Business.

    Dr. Fitzpatrick has a doctorate in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Walden University and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Troy University.

    Dr. Jepma works as a Deputy Director for Hennepin County Transportation Department. Prior to that, she worked at the Minnesota Supreme Court and in various healthcare organizations.

    James A. (Jim) Laumeyer, MBA, SPHR, SCP is an Assistant Professor, the principal of his HR consulting firm, and a labor arbitrator. His career has included senior leadership positions in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

    Dave Lucia has worked in human resources field for more than 20 years in both the public and private sectors.

    Karen Lundquist is an attorney and teacher who enjoys bringing together in the classroom her passion for the law with her love of teaching and sharing information with students.

    Larry Morgan has a B.A. from Augsburg College in Communications and Political Science with a minor in Psychology and an M.A. in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.

    Ron Myszkowski graduated from the University of Michigan when Bo Schlembechler was still coaching football there. While at school he programmed computer graphics on an IBM-360. It was the size of a house and used punch cards as input.

    Katrina Neckuty-Fodness is an instructor in the Graduate Management program, and has taught at Saint Mary’s University for nearly 10 years.

    Catherine Neset is an associate professor at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She has a Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law. She teaches in the Master of Human Resource Management program.

    Kristen O’Connell has a B.A.in English and Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College and an M.B.A. from Minnesota School of Business. She received her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education and Adult Learning from Walden University.
