Dr. Cranmer is an associate professor at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. His Ph.D. is in Industrial Organizational Psychology. He teaches in both the Master of Human Resource Management and the Master of Organizational Leadership programs. His other work endeavors include consulting, training, and writing in the areas of leadership development, positive work climate dynamics, and the advancement of positive organizational cultures.
He has consulted with large organizations (including Fortune 500 and Fortune 50) as well as smaller family0based companies. He has a passion for consulting, training, and writing. For many years he has been a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology as well as the Association for Psychological Science.
