Susan Nielsen, Adjunct Instructor
Susan Nielsen is President and Founder of Leaderscapes Incorporated, where she works with leaders at all levels to help them improve their effectiveness and achieve goals. She has more than 15 years experience in human relations, recruiting, leadership development, training, and change management. She works primarily with manufacturing companies making the cultural transition to “lean leadership.” She is the coauthor of Selling for Geniuses, a book focused on sales and marketing for the non-sales professional, as well as the forthcoming Do Eagles Just Wing It?

Susan holds a master’s degree in Training & Human Resource Development from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, and bachelor’s degrees in English and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. She is a Certified Business Coach, a Certified Professional with the Total Quality Institute, and an active affiliate of Resource Associates Corporation in Reading, PA. She received additional coach training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a graduate of CTI's Leadership Program. She joined the Saint Mary's University of Minnesota faculty in 2001.

Lisa Griebel, Adjunct Instructor
Lisa Griebel has taught at Saint Mary’s since 2009. She is President of Crescendo, Inc., a Minneapolis-based performance-consulting firm dedicated to the growth and development of healthy organizations. Lisa has more than 30 years of experience in training and development in both the public and private sectors.

Lisa holds a Master of Education in Training and Organization Development from the University of Minnesota and she is a Multi Health Systems-certified EQ-i (Emotional Quotient Inventory) and EQ 360 trainer.
