Mary Maine brings 15 years of teaching experience in baccalaureate and graduate nursing education to her faculty role at Saint Mary’s. She has previously taught at the College of St. Scholastica, Metropolitan State University, St. Catherine University, St. Cloud State University, and The College of St. Catherine. She is also a widely published scholar on topics relating to nursing education.
Before focusing on teaching, Mary held several diverse practitioner roles. She worked as a staff nurse in the Women’s Cancer Center for University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinics, was an RN case manager for home-care clients with a primary oncology or HIV diagnosis at Methodist Home Care and Hospice, and served as a staff nurse for Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota.
Mary earned her Master of Arts in Nursing Education and her Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from The College of St. Catherine.
