Karen Lundquist is an attorney and teacher who enjoys bringing together in the classroom her passion for the law with her love of teaching and sharing information with students. Karen graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 2005 and has been practicing since 2006. She is the owner of Attenza Law and focuses her practice on assisting small business owners on business and employment law matters such as discrimination, wage issues and contract drafting.
Before beginning law school in 2002, Karen taught English as a foreign language in Rome, Italy. She taught privately and in various schools and universities for 10 years before returning to the United States in 2001.
Almost immediately after graduating from William Mitchell, she returned to teaching part-time. In addition to her position as an adjunct professor at Saint Mary’s University, she also teaches legal writing at the University of Minnesota law school in the school’s LL.M. program. She was also co-director of a program at William Mitchell College of Law from 2008 till 2011.
