Individual and Team Leadership Graduate Certificate Curriculum
The career-focused curriculum is structured to provide students with skills including leadership and ethics, communication strategies, and collaboration and team building. These skills are highly transferrable across all industries and will equip students with the ability to advance their careers while driving company goals and objectives.
The curriculum consists of four courses comprising 12 credit hours. All courses in the certificate program already exist within the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree program and are taught by an exemplary faculty that is dedicated to each individual student's success.

This course focuses on theories and styles of leadership and the ways in which outcomes are influenced through increased awareness of personal style and skills. Personal and professional ethics are analyzed, and ethical issues in organizations are explored.
