Dr. William Fenske is an accomplished healthcare executive having served in the healthcare provider industry for over 30 years. Fenske has served as a CFO/COO/CEO for a variety of healthcare organizations ranging in size from a small critical access hospital and a regional referral center. Currently, Dr. Fenske is developing a consulting practice for a regional accounting firm as the Director of Business Advisory Services.
Fenske received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Southwest Minnesota State University, his Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, and his Doctor of Business Administration from Metropolitan State University. Fenske has developed numerous curriculum courses at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and at two community colleges. In addition, he has created numerous private healthcare and general finance curriculums for Mayo Health, Carris Health, and other private companies. He has served as an Assistant Professor for St. Mary’s University of Minnesota since 2015 and also for the MN State Education System since 1995.
