Dr. Christa Tess Kalk holds a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from Regent University and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Communication Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Dr. Rob Koonce served as the director of continuing legal education and professional development for a state organization for the past nine years.

Jeff's education began at Indiana State University, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration before continuing on to Gonzaga University in Washington State for an M.A. in Organizational Leadership.

Jaya Perez, Ph.D. is Assistant Professor (Adjunct) in the Saint Mary's University School of Graduate and Professional Programs.

Diana-Christine Teodorescu is currently completing her doctorate degree in Leadership with a focus on historic and race-based trauma, epigenetics, human inclusion, personal growth, community healing, and social justice.

Kabo Yang is the executive director of the Minnesota Women's Consortium, a statewide nonprofit organization advancing equity and justice for all women through advocacy and collaboration.

Dr. Cranmer has worked in the field of business form many years. Along the way he studied psychology extensively, obtaining a B.A., M.A., and eventually a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
