Nichole Neron Kloss has been working with students in special education for more than 15 years. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education–Specific Learning Disabilities and a Master of Science Degree in Special Education–Autism Spectrum Disorders. She has experience working with students in all disability categories within special education.
In addition to teaching full-time in special education, teaching extended school day and extended school year, Nichole has taught at the college level for more than seven years, working with graduate students and cohort students. She has served on numerous leadership committees focusing on Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), academic standards, due process, disability awareness, and advocating for student needs. She gives students opportunities to understand different perspectives that they will need in the workplace, as well as practical experience working on applied projects.
