John Beleford is the lead mainframe programmer for Wells Fargo Bank Information Technology Department in Minneapolis, MN. Thanks to technology, he currently telecommutes from his home near San Francisco, California.
Beleford has over 20 years of experience in leading many projects involving; technical design, collaboration, mergers and acquisitions, enhancements, and development to meet business needs. He received his diversity leadership training from University of California, Los Angeles (The John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management in partner with Wells Fargo & Company). Training includes; diversity, cultural competence, team engagement, emotional intelligence, and conflict and resolution.
Beleford enjoys doing volunteer work for Habitat for Humanity, Feed My Starving Children, and volunteering at his local school districts when needed.
His professional experience, contribution to his community, and leadership skills have provided him with the ability to make valuable contributions to his organization and Saint Mary's University professional programs. His teaching goal is to inspire and promote lifelong learning by creating a unique interactive classroom experience where both students and instructors can learn from each other, gain positive learning experiences, and grow together. He challenges all of his students to take charge of their education and make it their own. it is his personal quest to provide his students with real-life applicability of their learning in both personal and professional life
