    Bill Johnson, PMP, MSPM, is the Program Director for the Master of Science in Project Management at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Previously, he worked as a project manager in the areas of education, government, and nonprofit.

Faculty

    Cathy Bartholet, PMP, is an experienced project leader and educator. She brings over 25 years’ experience as a project, senior project, and program manager and over 12 years as an instructor.

    Tom Shipman, PMP, is a Senior Program Manager working in the area of Engineering and Technology development.

  • Assistant Professor

    Dr. Richard Berg is an Associate Professor at Saint Mary’s. He has been providing instruction in a variety of courses in the M.S. Project Management Program for over 14 years. 

    His professional career includes serving as a Sustainment Program Manager and Sr. Staff Systems Engineer for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, BAE Systems, and CenturyLink Communications.

    Mary Dunphy is a professor in the Project Management program, MBA, and Cybersecurity programs since 2005.  She also has several years of online and blended teaching experience from other universities.

    Dave Honkanen is an independent consultant specializing in EPMO/PMO deployment, operation, and maturity advancement.

    Dr. D Gregory Kerkvliet holds a B.S. in Business and Information Technology Management, Masters of Science in Information Technology, and a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership.

    Will Smith has been an adjunct professor with Saint Mary’s for four years. He teaches PRM 600 Foundations of Project Management, PRM601 Project Scope and Scheduling, PRM620 Agile Projects, and MBA505 Special Topics: Project Planning.
