Richard Theis is an accomplished project/program manager in the defense aerospace and commercial industries in the Twin Cities and Detroit metro area. He has managed projects and programs valued from $3.0M - $84.0 consisting of new product development, transition to production/commercialization, postproduction sustainment, and disposal in the defense aerospace industries.
