Monica Bess has held leadership roles in the insurance industry for more than 25 years and has taught business, leadership, and education online since 2005. In 2016, she changed industries and moved into higher education full time, where she has worked at Southern New Hampshire University as a Goal Leader (Associate Dean) in the Competency-Based Education area.
Professor Bess earned her Ed.D. in Education Leadership and Management from Capella University, her M.B.A. from Franklin University, and her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Kaplan University.
