Dr. Larson has 40 years of healthcare experience ranging from bedside care to administration. This experience spans the continuum of patient care (e.g. acute care, ambulatory, residential, addictions, home health and hospice). In each of these experiences, Dr. Larson has learned about the intricacies of health care and the importance of having sound infrastructure and care systems that meet the needs of patients and their families in their health care journeys.
Dr. Larson has been a lifelong learner with her academic career culminating in a doctoral degree in Health Administration (DHA) from Central Michigan University in May of 2016. She is also a graduate of Saint Mary's Master's program in Health and Human Services Administration as well as St. Olaf College's Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
